Our CEO brings a rare blend of technical precision and legal expertise to the heart of our mission. Holding a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a leading U.S. university. His early career began in the world of innovation and structure. He later transitioned to serve at prominent global legal institutions, where he developed a sharp understanding of international frameworks and regulatory systems. Most recently, he earned both a Law degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from England, further deepening his command of cross-border legal landscapes. Today, he is recognized as a key reference in global trade policies and international regulations, with a particular strength in connecting markets with North America, Europe, and Asia. His leadership is rooted in a vision of creating meaningful global exchange—built on compliance, trust, and shared opportunity.

Our Chief Operating Officer brings deep regional insight and a hands-on understanding of Algeria’s agricultural landscape to our leadership team. Holding a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from Algeria, he combines legal acumen with extensive operational experience across the food and agricultural sectors. His expertise is especially rooted in olive cultivation and the meticulous production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil—an area where he has earned the trust of local producers and cooperatives. His practical knowledge of supply chains, quality standards, and regional logistics allows us to offer holistic regulatory consultations that address both legal and on-the-ground realities. With a keen awareness of the nuances that shape trade within Algeria and its neighboring territories, he ensures our operations are not only efficient but also attuned to the distinct character of each product and region we represent.
